“Can I combine my orders if I place them separately?”
unfortunately, no ! all orders are treated as individual orders, even if you make multiple purchases on the same day.
“How long will my order take to arrive?”
please allow 3-5 days for orders to be processed ! after that, most orders take 2-5 business days, if you live in the US !
“Do you ship outside of the US?”
at this current time, we do not! coming soon!
“How long will it take to receive my pre-order?”
typically 2-3 months from the time of ordering ! (one month to collect orders, one month to produce product, one month to ship out product!)
“My order says delivered, but I don’t see it.”
be sure to check all around your delivery area (front porch, yard, mailbox) or ask your neighbor ! verify your shipping details and make sure the address you provided is correct ! call your local post office and see if they have it. please go above and beyond to verify that the order is truly missing before sending an email !
order cancellation
you may only place a cancellation order if the order is still within the processing window. if your order has already shipped, unfortunately you cannot submit for a cancellation. if you would like to cancel your order after shipment, you must provide image proof of the items you are returning and pay for the shipping to return the item. please send an email to info@ganglecat.com for more information.
